TechFlame reported that on September 14, according to BlockSec Phalcon's monitoring, its system detected a “TransferFrom” issue, causing a loss of approximately $90,000 on the Base chain.

This issue is due to insufficient access control, which causes arbitrary low-level calls in the callback function.

It is recommended that all approvals for the unknown contract 0xD9F4A3238154FF6439E37F98C9B11489353715BB be withdrawn immediately.
