TechFlame reports that according to BeinCrypto and Monex Group announcements, Monex, the parent company of Japanese Coincheck, acquired an additional 20.6% of Canadian crypto asset manager 3iQ Digital Holdings, with a transaction consideration of 45.84 million Canadian dollars (about 31 million US dollars), and the voting rights ratio rose to about 97.8%.
According to reports, 3iQ's management scale increased 39% year over year to 1.51 billion Canadian dollars in the past year. Solana pledged ETFs and XRP ETFs were launched on the Toronto Exchange during the year.
