According to TechFlame, according to Wealth, Ethereum infrastructure startup Etherealize announced the completion of 40 million US dollars in financing, led by Electric Capital and Paradigm. Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin and the Ethereum Foundation also provided initial financial support.
The company was founded in January 2025 by Vivek Raman, a former Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank veteran, to develop Ethereum blockchain products and infrastructure for Wall Street financial institutions. Etherealize plans to use blockchain technology to tokenize financial assets such as mortgages, credit, and fixed income to replace the “Stone Age technology” that Wall Street still uses today.
