TechFlame reports that the Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) opinion leader has cleared his position and called the company's founder Michael Saylor a scammer. Josh Mandell has over 140,000 followers on the social platform X and is regarded as an important spokesperson for the company in forums such as r/MSTR, and is highly respected. A post he posted today quickly went viral, claiming that strategy company executives had broken their previous solemn promises.
Protos previously reported that Saylor decided to revise page 96 of the company's July 31 earnings presentation. The point is that he changed the company's guidelines for not diluting common shareholders (MSTR) when the MSTR share price and its**net asset value (MNaV) ** ratio is between 1 and 2.5 times.
Yesterday morning, however, Saylor added a third “all-inclusive” exception which went beyond what was previously promised to pay interest and dividends.
