According to TechFlame, according to research data released by DeFi Dev Corp (DFDV), the Fee Stability Ratio (FSR) indicator developed by it shows that Solana leads the industry in terms of blockchain transaction fee reliability and economy.
The FSR index is calculated using the formula “FSR = 1/ (median fee × median fee fluctuation)”. Higher values indicate lower and more stable fees. According to the latest data, Solana's FSR reached 160.74, ranking first among public chains, providing users and dApps with the most stable and economical trading environment.
In contrast, Ethereum's five-year average processing fee was $4.11, peaked at $196, and the FSR was only 0.15. DFDV emphasizes that continued low fees are a key factor in large-scale blockchain adoption, and FSR metrics clearly show that Solana is far ahead of other blockchain networks in this core dimension.
