According to TechFlame, according to GlobeNewsWire, Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf (NASDAQ: WULF) announced today that it will expand the proposed issuance scale of convertible senior notes from the previously announced US$400 million to US$850 million and determine the pricing.
The notes will expire in 2031, have a coupon interest rate of 1.00%, and an initial conversion price of $12.43 per share, which is a 32.50% premium over the current share price.
