TechFlame reports that, according to Cointelegraph, a Texas district court judge recommended supporting influencer Logan Paul to dismiss the class-action lawsuit suffered by his NFT project Crypto Zoo. Judge Ronald Griffin said the plaintiff had failed to sufficiently establish a link between Paul and his financial losses. Judge Griffin recommended that the plaintiffs be allowed to amend all 27 charges except commodity pool fraud. The class-action lawsuit was filed in February 2023, alleging that CryptoZoo is a “running board” that has not kept its promises.
