TechFlame reports that according to monitoring by the on-chain analysis platform Lookonchain (@lookonchain), the hacker address “0x17E0” panicked and sold 4,958 ETH (worth US$22.13 million) during the market decline five hours ago at a price of US$4,463, locking in profits of US$9.75 million.
