TechFlame reported that on August 8, C1 Fund (CFND), a private equity firm focusing on Web3 and digital asset services, was successfully listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The IPO issued 6 million shares at an issue price of $10 per share, raising a total of about 60 million US dollars. Huaxing Capital acted as

the sole underwriter for this IPO in Asia.

C1 Fund plans to invest at least 80% of its total assets in shares in companies in the Web3 and digital asset service technology sector, with the goal of investing in 30 top companies. The fund's core team includes veterans such as Coinbase's former Chief Legal Officer Michael Lempres (Chairman), Dr. Najam Kidwai (CEO), Klickl CEO Michael Zhao (Vice Chairman), and former Goldman Sachs executive Elliot Han (Chief Investment Officer).
