According to TechFlame, crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett wrote on the X platform that the jury in Tornado Cash co-founder Roman Storm said today that they are at an impasse over some of the charges. Judge Failla immediately issued Allen's instructions and asked the jury to reconsider. If the impasse continues, the court will accept part of the ruling, and the government may re-litigate the remaining charges. The jury is currently awaiting the results of the jury's reconsideration.
