TechFlame reports that the Indian listed company Jetking Infotrain announced its holding target after announcing the establishment of a Bitcoin treasury strategy. The company will accumulate 210 bitcoins by the end of 2025 and increase its Bitcoin holdings to 18,000 by 2030. According to reports, Jetking Infotrain has issued 460,000 common shares at a price of 250 rupees per share and raised 115 million rupees. The company previously purchased 5.9835 bitcoins at a price of about 110,957 US dollars each, with a total expenditure of about 663,911 US dollars. Currently, it holds 21 bitcoins. However, the regulatory environment for cryptocurrencies in India is quite strict. The proceeds from crypto assets are subject to 30% tax and 1% withholding tax (TDS) on each transaction.
