TechFlame reports that, according to Agence France-Presse, Telegram founder Pavel Durov was questioned by a French investigating judge in Paris on July 28. This is the third time he has been questioned. The French side accuses the Telegram platform of illegal transactions, child pornography, and other illegal content. Durov denied the allegations, and his lawyer said the all-day inquiry on Monday gave Durov an opportunity to provide additional explanations to prove that the facts involved in the investigation were unfounded.
