TechFlame reported that on July 28, according to The Smarter Web Company, the London-listed technology company using a Bitcoin treasury strategy announced that it has successfully placed 6,057,914 new common shares from the current 14 million new common stock placement batch.

The capital raised by this placement of 6,057,914 new common shares was £19,680,874 (before fees are deducted), and the company expects to receive approximately 97% of the placement capital for settlement at the beginning of this week.
