According to TechFlame, Smarter Web Company PLC announced that the company has commissioned Tennyson Securities and Peterhouse Capital Limited to issue new common shares to institutional investors for placement. The accelerated bookkeeping process will begin immediately after this announcement, and the company plans to raise at least £15 million ($2010 million) to buy Bitcoin.
