According to TechFlame, according to Zhitong Finance, Beijing Finance International (01468) announced that on June 30, 2025 (after the trading period), the company signed a subscription agreement with the issuer Amber International Holding Limited. According to this, the issuer agreed to issue and the company agreed to subscribe for shares at a cost of about US$12 million. The subscription price for subscribed shares is $2.09 per subscribed share.
According to reports, the subscribed shares are 5.7416 million Class A common shares with a face value of $0.001 per share issued by the issuer.
According to the announcement, the subscription is a strategic financial investment which is in line with the Group's immediate plans, including the previous establishment of an investment committee to monitor digital asset business opportunities. The investment is expected to diversify the company's investment portfolio and enter the field of institutional cryptographic services, in line with its previous voluntary announcement on exploring digital assets.
