TechFlame News: According to Bloomberg, F2 AI, a company focused on developing AI for the credit sector, has disclosed a $5 million investment from private credit manager Golub Capital. As part of the equity investment, Golub Capital will gain access to F2 AI's suite of AI agents to screen private credit investments using its own data, conduct due diligence, underwrite deals, and monitor its portfolio. The two parties did not disclose the valuation of F2 AI corresponding to this investment.
