TechFlame News — According to an announcement by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Unitree Robotics has published the results announcement for its initial public offering and listing on the STAR Market, along with the prospectus for the same. The disclosures show that the online and offline subscription payment processes have been completed. Following the activation of the clawback mechanism, the final offline offering size stands at 22,650,148 shares, accounting for approximately 70% of the total offering after excluding the final strategic placement; the final online offering size is 9,707,000 shares, representing approximately 30% of the offering amount after excluding the final strategic allotment.
In addition, prior to this offering, Wang Xingxing, the actual controller of Unitree Robotics, directly held 86,714,964 shares in the company, giving him aggregate control over 34.763% of the company's shares. Through a special voting rights arrangement, Wang Xingxing's total voting rights in the company amount to 68.7816%. After this offering, his aggregate voting rights will decrease to no more than 65.309%.
