TechFlame News — TermMax, a protocol focused on fixed-rate lending and looping strategies, has announced that the Token Generation Event (TGE) for its governance and utility token, TMX, is scheduled for August 25, 2026.
According to official sources, TermMax currently holds over $90 million in TVL, with more than 1.5 million registered wallets and over 90,000 daily active users. It is deployed across 10 EVM chains, including Ethereum, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Base, and Berachain, and integrates with protocols such as Morpho, Aave, Venus, and Pendle. The total token supply is fixed at 1 billion, with rewards earned through XP, AP, and MP becoming claimable after the TGE. Specific allocation, vesting, and staking details will be announced in advance.
Previously, TermMax received backing from Cumberland DRW, Decima Fund, HashKey Capital, Longling Capital, and MZ Web3 Fund, among others.
