TechFlame News, as reported by CoinDesk, Swiss crypto bank AMINA is collaborating with Wall Street institution Cantor to evaluate the path to entering the capital markets. AMINA had previously considered a SPAC merger but is now leaning towards achieving a reverse listing through the acquisition of a Digital Asset Treasury company, though no final decision has been made. A company spokesperson stated that the current priority is to bring in strategic growth capital, with an IPO as a potential subsequent option, and that no discussions are currently underway with any SPACs or DATs. Formerly known as SEBA Bank, AMINA is regulated by Switzerland's FINMA and offers crypto trading, custody, staking, and lending services, with operations expanded to Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and India. As of the end of 2025, its Tier 1 capital stood at 74.6 million Swiss francs, with cumulative funding of approximately $245 million.
