Notes to Applicant

1. Each applicant should complete this online application form before or by August 31, 2026 (Monday). Additional information will be requested for further assessment, and interview may be arranged after receiving an application.

2. Please read the eligibility requirements carefully before submitting your application.

3. Result will be announced to you via email before or by mid-October.

Application Requirements:

• With STEM graduate degree or substantial lab experiences;
• Commercializing scientific research related to the founder;
• Obtaining or already secured intellectual property;
• Developed a prototype or proof of concept (Technology Readiness Level 4 or above).

Program Criteria:

Interested participating ventures should possess the following characteristics:

Founder is a STEM graduate or with substantial lab experiences

Going to commercialize cutting-edge science

Possessing or getting ready to obtain intellectual property of strong commercial value

Developed a working prototype or proof of concept at the Technology Readiness Levels of 4 or above.

Program Timeline:

June - October 2026: Open for Application, Screening and Interview

19 November 2026: Briefing Session cum Reception

20 November 2026: DTL Meet-up Session 1 (In-person)

15 January 2027: DTL Meet-up Session 2 (Online)

5 March 2027: DTL Meet-up Session 3 (In-person)

March - June 2027: Stage 2 Continuous Incubation

18 March 2027: DTL Graduation Ceremony & Demo Day
