This marks a key milestone in Securitize's listing process. CEPT shareholders will hold a special meeting on June 29, 2026, to vote on the transaction. If approved, the deal is expected to close shortly thereafter. Upon completion, the combined company is expected to operate under the name "Securitize Corp." and be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "SECZ."
