According to data from Greeks.live, Bitcoin options with a notional value of 1.89 billion USD expired today, including 25,600 BTC options. The Put-Call Ratio is 0.56, with the max pain point at 70,500 USD and a notional value of 1.62 billion USD. Additionally, 155,000 ETH options expired with a Put-Call Ratio of 0.92, a max pain point of 2,000 USD, and a notional value of 270 million USD. Bitcoin took a severe hit this week, briefly nearing the 60,000 USD mark. Due to the rapid decline, both BTC and ETH moved away from support levels tied to the "max pain point." The weak market conditions have further dampened an already low level of market interest, with only 6% of options expiring this week. Much of the market's attention has shifted to US equities.
