TechFlame News: Nvidia has announced the completion of its acquisition of Kumo AI, a predictive AI software company, for over $400 million. The deal is set to expand Nvidia’s AI software business and strengthen its competitive edge in enterprise predictive analytics. According to sources, Kumo AI was founded in 2022 and has developed its own foundational model that connects to structured data within enterprise data warehouses. Its applications span a range of commercial scenarios, including customer churn prediction, anti-fraud, supply and demand estimation, risk control, and intelligent product recommendations. Reports indicate that Kumo AI’s founding team officially joined Nvidia last month. As of now, Nvidia has not released an official statement regarding the acquisition.
