TechFlame News — Gate has officially launched a localized fiat on-ramp channel targeting certain countries in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), further strengthening its service capabilities in the regional market. This initiative aims to meet the growing demand for crypto asset purchases in the region, where the average daily trading volume currently stands at approximately $650 million and the active user base numbers in the millions. There is a significantly increased need for convenient, secure, and compliant on-ramp solutions.
The newly launched localized on-ramp channel allows users to purchase major crypto assets directly using local currencies through familiar payment methods, effectively lowering the barriers to cross-border transactions. In terms of functionality, the platform supports mainstream local payment channels such as real-time bank transfers and bank cards, effectively avoiding the high fees and delays associated with traditional cross-border transfers, enabling users to enter the market at a lower cost.
At the same time, the channel offers full localization support, including interface, customer service, and documentation adapted to the local language, and supports trading of a curated selection of major crypto assets. This ensures a seamless transition from fiat deposit to asset allocation, further driving the adoption and development of the regional crypto market.
Looking ahead, Gate will continue to integrate payment infrastructure to enhance transaction efficiency while improving the stability and reliability of fund flows, further optimizing the user experience.
