TechFlame News - According to The Block, despite Robinhood's first-quarter results falling short of expectations, Bernstein analyst Gautam Chhugani's team maintained an outperform rating on HOOD with a $130 price target.
The analysts noted that the weak first-quarter performance has already been priced into the stock. They highlighted several core metrics for Robinhood that remain strong: margin loan balances hit a record $17 billion (up 93% year-over-year), event contract trading was active in April, the total addressable market is approaching $3 billion, and Robinhood Gold subscribers grew 36% year-over-year to 4.34 million.
However, current trading shows that Robinhood (HOOD) is down over 10% in pre-market trading.
