The round was led by Buffalo Capital, with participation from GalaXin Capital and Three-stones Ventures. It is reported that AIW3 is transitioning toward an AaaS (Agent-as-a-Service) on-chain execution paradigm, offering callable strategy services, autonomous agent orchestration, and native vault-coordinated capital flows. The project aims to build a next-generation on-chain execution layer at the system level.
