TechFlame News: Mining company Bitdeer (BTDR) has announced plans to issue $300 million in convertible senior notes due 2032 through a private placement. The company also intends to grant initial purchasers an option to purchase up to an additional $45 million in notes. A portion of the net proceeds from the offering will be used to cover capped call transaction costs and to repurchase part of its 5.25% convertible notes due 2029. The remaining funds will primarily be allocated toward data center expansion, high-performance computing and AI cloud business development, ASIC mining machine R&D and manufacturing, as well as working capital and other general corporate purposes.
