According to Businesswire, Canada-listed Ethereum treasury company Republic Technologies announced a private placement of up to 14,087,000 special warrants, priced at $0.21 each, raising a total of $3 million. The company previously disclosed an ETH holding of approximately 1,570.6 tokens, with an average acquisition price of $2,700, resulting in a current holding value of around $3.2 million.
