TechFlame News — According to market sources, U.S. fast-food chain Steak 'n Shake has announced it will award Bitcoin bonuses to hourly employees at its company-owned stores. Starting March 1, bonuses will accrue at a rate of $0.21 per hour worked and can be claimed after a two-year vesting period. Based on a 40-hour workweek, employees can accumulate approximately $436.80 worth of Bitcoin annually. The final value will depend on Bitcoin’s market price at the end of the two-year period. The chain began accepting Bitcoin payments at select locations last year, with all Bitcoin sales revenue directed into the company’s “strategic Bitcoin reserve.”
