TechFlame reports that on-chain detective ZachXBT posted on social media, stating that hacker John is flaunting assets worth $23 million in a wallet address. This address is linked to over $90 million allegedly stolen from the U.S. government, as well as multiple other unconfirmed victim cases between November and December 2025.
