TechFlame News: At the World Economic Forum 2026 Annual Meeting, Hu Zuliu, founder of Primavera Capital, and CZ, founder of Binance, shared the stage. Addressing Hu Zuliu's concerns about the systemic risks that generative AI might trigger, CZ stated that the root of financial risks lies not in technology but in the underlying flaws of the traditional banking system. If the financial system itself is healthy, more efficient and cost-effective technology will always bring more benefits than drawbacks. CZ also pointed out that the real hidden risk lies in the traditional banking system's "Fractional Reserve System." Under this system, once banks face liquidity pressure, the convenience of technology in facilitating withdrawals will only expose the truth of their insufficient funds, and "slowing down withdrawals" does not solve the fundamental problem.
