TechFlame News, December 12 — According to Jinshi Data, analysts at First Abu Dhabi Bank stated in a report that the outlook for U.S. interest rates in the coming months has reached a critical inflection point. They noted: "Global markets need to prepare for various possible outcomes." First Abu Dhabi Bank expects that the Federal Reserve will not cut interest rates by more than 50 basis points in 2026. However, they indicated that the overall interest rate trajectory for the year will ultimately depend primarily on the direction of inflation, the performance of the labor market, and the evolution of internal and external policy risks.
