TechFlame reports that according to the Ethereum Foundation, BPO-1 has been activated, increasing the blob capacity per block to 15 and expanding L2 space without requiring a hard fork. The Ethereum Foundation stated that BPO-2 will be launched in January, which will further increase capacity.
