TechFlame News — According to Bloomberg, South Korea's largest web portal, Naver Corp., has agreed to acquire Dunamu, the operator of the country's biggest cryptocurrency exchange Upbit, in an all-stock deal valued at approximately $10.3 billion.
Under the terms disclosed in a regulatory filing on Wednesday, Naver's fintech subsidiary, Naver Financial Corp., will issue 2.54 new shares for each Dunamu share held to complete the acquisition.
