TechFlame reports that The Digital Chamber, a crypto advocacy organization, announced the launch of a new initiative called "State Network" on Monday. The program aims to promote digital asset policy development at the state level across the U.S. and provide cryptocurrency education to lawmakers ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. The initiative will connect policymakers, regulators, and industry professionals to advance the adoption of blockchain technology in the United States.
The first group of members includes Michael Saylor’s firm MicroStrategy, the proof-of-stake distributed ledger Hedera, and blockchain infrastructure research company Input Output. In partnership with the nonprofit Future Caucus, State Network will cultivate a cohort of leaders capable of introducing and supporting digital asset legislation.
The program will also launch a Microgrants Program pilot in 2026, providing funding to state blockchain associations, university blockchain clubs, and community innovation organizations to develop policy tools and regulatory sandboxes. Currently, State Network is already active in four states—New York, Arizona, Ohio, and New Hampshire—and plans to roll out a nationwide 2026 Digital Asset Roadshow next year.
